Graduated with my Master’s in English Literature and Writing. That doesn’t make me an expert or perfect. It just means that I have an expensive piece of paper to hang on my wall that says I am exceptional at reading and writing. More so on the reading part. It doesn’t make me better than anyone else. It just makes me poorer. I’m thinking about going to get my PhD so I don’t have to start paying back my student loans. Good reason, right?
I’m currently in the editing phase of my novel titled, “Wherever You Go.” You can view the first few chapters under the menu called, “Wherever You Go (My Book).” This novel is not humorous like my blog is focused on growing up to be. It’s a tragic love story.
As if that weren’t enough to have on my plate, I’m also working on a humorous memoir! It’s been fun to write. So far.
Please follow my blog and join the fun. Numbers are important to me. They help calm my OCD.
Sometimes I drop a few curse words here and there. You may or may not be offended. If you are easily offended, then maybe this blog isn’t for you. I will not apologize for using such words because that’s who I am. I write like I talk. Shit is my favorite word. You will not, however, ever see the ‘F Bomb.’ If it’s used, I will use asterisks to fill out the word and it’s only used to emphasize something someone else has said or something I have actually said (like when I fell down the cliff while hiking).
I enjoy comments (mostly nice comments) and encourage everyone to leave them when possible. If anyone is mean or nasty to anyone else on here, you and your comment will be removed. No exceptions! You can be mean and nasty to me. I’m used to it. I always try to respond to comments, but sometimes a comment or two might slip by me. Please do not take offense.
As always, if you would like to be a Guest Blogger, please contact me. I’m always welcome to new ideas and guests!
